The operator of this website and our apps (“we”, “us”) is Dyina, email: dyinarobotics@gmail.com. This policy applies to all apps and websites we publish.
We comply with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and other applicable laws, including, for users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the GDPR. We protect personal information through proper management and security measures.
“Personal information” means information that can identify an individual or a device, such as name, email address, device identifiers, advertising IDs, IP address, location, and health or fitness data (for example, step counts).
Each app uses only the data types listed for it. An app that is not marked for a data type does not access that data. Details for each data type are in section 5.

Apps marked in the table above read your step counts with your permission, from Health Connect (Android) or Apple Health (iOS), or from the device’s built-in step sensor when those are unavailable. They read daily step totals only, and may read your past step history once, with your permission, to show your total. They do not read other health data and do not write to Health Connect or Apple Health.
Apps marked in the table may read your location once, only when you tap a button such as “Use my current location”, with the precise or approximate permission you choose. It is used to set a starting point, stored only on your device, and not sent anywhere. The apps do not track your location in the background.
Free versions of our apps show ads through advertising providers: Google AdMob (Google LLC) and Liftoff (Liftoff Mobile, Inc.), as shown in the table. These providers may automatically collect and process your advertising ID, IP address (and the approximate location derived from it), device information, and ad interaction data to serve, measure and personalize ads. Health, fitness and precise location data are not provided to them.
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store. We do not receive your payment details; we only learn whether a purchase was made.
FollowPop shows the number of followers of a shop’s Instagram account on a tablet or phone in the shop. It uses Instagram’s official mechanism (Instagram API with Instagram Login) provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.

The only permission FollowPop requests from Instagram is reading the basic information of the professional account (instagram_business_basic). It does not post, send or read messages, or read comments. It cannot get the list of followers or who followed; only the number is available. It does not collect any information about customers who visit the shop (the QR code only shows the URL of the shop’s Instagram profile).
To log in, a temporary code from Instagram must be exchanged for an access token, which requires the developer’s secret key. Because a key placed in the app could be extracted, only this exchange is done on Google LLC’s Firebase (Cloud Functions, Cloud Firestore, and Firebase App Check).
Instagram is a service of Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram Privacy Policy). Firebase and AdMob are services of Google LLC, and information is processed under its Privacy Policy.
Our apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The target age of each app follows its store listing. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us (section 13); we will verify and delete it as required by law.
Data stored by an app on your device stays until you delete it in the app or uninstall the app. Other personal information is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, then deleted or anonymized.
We do not provide personal information to third parties except:
We take reasonable technical, administrative, and physical measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
Under APPI, you may request disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of use of your personal information. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability, and withdrawal of consent, and the right to complain to your data protection authority. You can also revoke app permissions at any time in your device settings (including Health Connect), reset stored data in the app, or uninstall the app. Send requests to the contact below.
We may revise this policy as necessary. Changes take effect when posted here, with the date updated above. Changes to the data an app handles will be reflected in section 4 and 5 before the change is released.

本サイトおよび当方のアプリの運営者（以下「当方」）は Dyina（メール：dyinarobotics@gmail.com）です。本ポリシーは、当方が公開するすべてのアプリとウェブサイトに適用されます。
当方は、個人情報の保護に関する法律（APPI）および関連法令（欧州経済領域・英国の利用者については GDPR を含む）を遵守し、適切な管理と安全対策により個人情報の保護に努めます。
「個人情報」とは、氏名、メールアドレス、端末識別子、広告ID、IPアドレス、位置情報、健康・フィットネスのデータ（歩数など）といった、個人または端末を特定できる情報を指します。
各アプリは、下の表で「あり」とされたデータ種類だけを扱います。表で該当しないデータ種類には、そのアプリはアクセスしません。データ種類ごとの詳細は第5項に記載します。

上の表で「あり」のアプリは、ユーザーの許可を得て、ヘルスコネクト（Android）または Apple ヘルスケア（iOS）から、これらが使えない場合は端末内蔵の歩数センサーから、歩数を読み取ります。読み取るのは1日ごとの歩数の合計だけで、許可を得た場合に限り、これまでの歩数の履歴を1度だけ読み取って総距離を表示します。ほかの健康データは読み取らず、ヘルスコネクト・Apple ヘルスケアへの書き込みもしません。
表で「あり」のアプリは、「現在地を使う」などのボタンを押した時だけ、ユーザーが選んだ許可（正確またはおおよそ）に基づいて位置を1回読み取ることがあります。出発点を設定するために使い、端末内にだけ保存し、どこにも送信しません。バックグラウンドで位置を追跡することはありません。
当方のアプリの無料版は、広告事業者（Google AdMob（Google LLC）、Liftoff（Liftoff Mobile, Inc.）。どのアプリがどれを使うかは表のとおり）を通じて広告を表示します。これらの事業者は、広告ID、IPアドレス（およびそこから推定される大まかな位置）、端末情報、広告の操作データを自動的に収集・処理し、広告の配信・効果測定・パーソナライズを行うことがあります。健康・フィットネスのデータと正確な位置情報は、これらの事業者に提供しません。
アプリ内課金は Google Play または App Store が処理します。当方は支払い情報を受け取らず、購入の有無のみを把握します。
FollowPop は、お店の Instagram のフォロワー数を店頭のタブレットやスマホに表示するアプリです。Meta Platforms, Inc. の公式の仕組み（Instagram API with Instagram Login）を使います。

FollowPop が Instagram に求める権限は、プロアカウントの基本情報の読み取り（instagram_business_basic）だけです。投稿・メッセージの送受信や読み取り・コメントの読み取りはしません。フォロワーの一覧や、誰がフォローしたかは取得できません（取得できるのは人数だけです）。来店されたお客様の情報は一切取得しません（QRコードはお店の Instagram のプロフィールの URL を表示するだけです）。
Instagram のログインでは、Instagram から受け取った一時的なコードをアクセストークンに交換するために、開発者の秘密鍵が必要です。秘密鍵をアプリに入れると抜き取られるおそれがあるため、この交換だけを Google LLC の Firebase（Cloud Functions、Cloud Firestore、Firebase App Check）上で行います。
Instagram は Meta Platforms, Inc. のサービスです（Instagram プライバシーポリシー）。Firebase・AdMob は Google LLC のサービスで、同社のプライバシーポリシーに従って情報が処理されます。
当方のアプリは、13歳未満（または現地の法令が定める年齢未満）の子どもを対象としておらず、子どもから個人情報を意図的に収集しません。なお、アプリごとの対象年齢は、各アプリのストア掲載情報に従います。
子どもの個人情報が提供されたと思われる場合は、第13項のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。事実関係を確認し、該当する情報を削除するなど、法令に従って対応します。
アプリが端末内に保存したデータは、ユーザーがアプリ内で削除するかアプリをアンインストールするまで残ります。そのほかの個人情報は、上記の目的の達成に必要な期間、または法令で定められた期間のみ保持し、その後に削除または匿名化します。
以下の場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供しません：
当方は、個人情報の漏えい、紛失、改ざん、不正アクセス等を防止するため、合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。
本人は、APPIに基づき、自己の個人情報の開示、訂正、削除、利用停止を請求できます。EEA・英国の利用者は、さらに、アクセス、訂正、消去、処理の制限、異議、データポータビリティ、同意の撤回の権利と、監督当局に苦情を申し立てる権利を持ちます。端末の設定（ヘルスコネクトを含む）でいつでも許可を取り消せ、アプリ内で保存データをリセットでき、アンインストールもできます。請求は下記連絡先まで行ってください。
必要に応じて本ポリシーを改訂することがあります。変更は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じ、上の日付を更新します。アプリが扱うデータが変わる場合は、そのアプリを公開する前に、第4項・第5項へ反映します。
